 Christopher Ramsey is the Founder and Principal of Ramsey Capital Holdings, a private investment and operating platform focused on the acquisition, development, and long term ownership of real estate and real estate related businesses. He is an Albany, New York native and a graduate of Siena College, where he studied finance and computer science.

Chris brings a deeply operational perspective to investing, informed by both entrepreneurship and multigenerational industry experience. He founded Virtual Moving Technologies, a technology platform serving the moving and logistics industry, where he built and scaled systems centered on operational efficiency, data driven decision making, and enterprise level execution.

His exposure to real estate began early and has remained foundational to his approach. Chris acquired his first multifamily asset as a teenager, developing firsthand experience in ownership, operations, and capital stewardship. This early responsibility shaped a disciplined, long term investment philosophy focused on fundamentals, durable cash flow, and execution over speculation.

Chris was also raised in a family deeply embedded in the moving and logistics industry, with businesses spanning more than a century of continuous operation. This background provided early insight into warehousing, fleet logistics, storage infrastructure, and industrial workflows, directly informing his understanding of industrial real estate, self storage and operational requirements of end users.

Through Ramsey Capital Holdings, Chris oversees the strategic direction of a diversified real estate portfolio spanning multifamily, self storage, and industrial assets. The platform emphasizes conservative underwriting, integrated development and operations, and long term ownership. His focus areas include value creation through operational improvement, adaptive reuse, and ground up development.

Chris currently resides in Saratoga, New York and remains actively involved in capital allocation, portfolio strategy, and executive oversight, with a singular focus on building resilient, high quality assets designed to perform across market cycles 

Ricky Ramsey Sr. is a seasoned builder, developer, and operator with decades of experience across logistics, storage, and industrial real estate. A Schenectady, New York native, he is a founder of Liedkie Moving and Storage and Metro Moving and Storage, where he built and scaled logistics platforms serving regional and national demand. He continues to serve as a trusted advisor and board member to these organizations.

Ricky leads Ramsey Development, the firm’s internal development platform, where he is responsible for all ground up construction, expansions, and major redevelopment initiatives. He developed his first  self storage facility in 1996 and has since overseen the expansion of the platform to seventeen locations.

His experience spans site selection, design coordination, entitlements, construction oversight, and delivery, with a focus on durable design, efficient layouts, and long term asset functionality. Ricky brings a hands on, execution driven approach to development, emphasizing constructability, cost control, and operational efficiency throughout the build process.

His background across construction, logistics, and storage operations provides a comprehensive understanding of industrial real estate and end user requirements, positioning him as a key driver of development strategy and long term asset performance across the Ramsey Capital portfolio 

Kim Ramsey  is a seasoned operator and investor with more than four decades of experience across the moving, logistics, and storage industries. A Schenectady, New York native, she is the owner of Liedkie Moving and has spent her career building and scaling operationally intensive businesses with a focus on efficiency, customer service, and long term asset ownership.

Kim’s involvement in industrial and logistics real estate began early and has remained central to her professional focus. She acquired her first warehouse asset in the mid 1970s, establishing a foundation in industrial ownership that evolved alongside the growth of her operating businesses. This early integration of operations and real estate informed a long term strategy centered on owning mission critical infrastructure supporting logistics and storage demand.

Over the decades, Kim has expanded her portfolio to include storage and industrial facilities across New York and Florida. Her experience spans daily operations, tenant and customer management, and the scaling of storage platforms across multiple markets. She has played a key role in overseeing growth initiatives while maintaining operational discipline and consistency.

Kim currently resides in Guilderland, New York and remains actively involved in executive oversight, operations, and strategic expansion, bringing a long term ownership mindset and deep industry expertise to every aspect of the business. 

Ricky Ramsey Jr. leads development efforts across Florida and the Southeast for Ramsey Capital. With a background rooted in construction, logistics, and real estate execution, he oversees site selection, entitlements, design coordination, and ground up development initiatives.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Ricky plays a key role in expanding the firm’s footprint in high growth markets, with a focus on industrial and storage related projects. His hands on approach and regional expertise support efficient execution from planning through delivery, ensuring projects remain aligned with budget, timeline, and long term ownership objectives.

As a senior member of the Ramsey Capital team, Ricky brings experience, discipline, and operational insight to the firm’s development strategy across the Southeast. 

Thomas Tama brings decades of executive and operational leadership to Ramsey Capital. He Serves as Chief Executive Officer of Virtual Moving Technologies and a board member of Liedkie Moving, where he oversaw day to day operations, systems development, and organizational scaling across logistics driven businesses.

Today, Thomas focuses on operations within the A Metro Self Storage platform, where he plays a key role in optimizing facility performance, standardizing processes, and supporting portfolio wide execution. His background in logistics, technology, and operations provides valuable insight into efficient asset management and scalable operating systems.

Thomas’s experience strengthens Ramsey Capital’s ability to operate storage/industrial assets with discipline, consistency, and a long term ownership mindset.
